Is Chinese really that hard to learn?

Not when you learn it the right way. Most beginners struggle because they try to memorize characters or grammar with no context. I focus on helping you understand how the language works and how to use it in real conversations. Once that clicks, Chinese becomes fun and logical.

Do I need to know any Chinese before joining?

Not at all. The 7 day free learning experience is designed for complete beginners. I’ll guide you step by step with no pressure and no judgment. You’ll feel safe asking questions and learning at your own pace.

Will I have to learn characters?

Eventually yes, but not from day one. First we’ll build your speaking and listening skills using pinyin, the Romanized form of Chinese. Once you’re comfortable I’ll show you how to approach characters without stress or confusion.

What’s the difference between private lessons and group classes?

Private lessons are one-on-one and fully personalized. Group classes are small, social and structured, which is great if you enjoy learning with others. Both are guided directly by me and built around your goals.

How do I continue after the free 7 days?

Once your free learning experience ends you’ll have the option to continue with private lessons, small group classes or my full course. I’ll help you choose what fits you best depending on how you like to learn.

How long will it take me to speak Chinese?

It depends on your consistency and your goal. If you follow my guidance even just 2–3 times a week you’ll start forming basic sentences within weeks. If you stay with it long term we’ll build real conversational fluency together.

Will I have access to lesson materials?

Yes. During the free experience and in paid options I provide clear notes, exercises and resources to help you review and remember what you learn. You’ll always know what to focus on next.

Do I have to speak English well to join?

Not perfectly. I speak English fluently and I’m very patient with learners from all language backgrounds. I’ll adapt how I explain things depending on what makes it easiest for you.

Is the free experience enough or should I continue after?

The 7 day experience is a great start, but real results come with consistency. That’s why many students choose to continue with 1:1 or group sessions – so they can stay on track, ask questions freely and make faster progress with my full support.
